By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

Otiview is a SaaS customer review management platform that allows you to:

• •Centralize your reviews from Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, Judge.me, and Yotpo
• •Create and send review invitation campaigns via email and SMS
• •Analyze your reviews with artificial intelligence
• •Manage your clients and their information

As a user, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• •Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• •Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• •Not send spam or unsolicited content
• •Respect the terms of use of connected third-party platforms

It is strictly prohibited to:

• •Use the service for illegal activities
• •Send fake reviews or manipulate reviews
• •Collect data without consent
• •Attempt to bypass security measures
• •Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

Payments are processed securely via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Otiview does not store credit card numbers.

• •Plans: Free trial (7 days, no credit card), Starter ($29/mo), Professional ($79/mo), Enterprise ($199/mo)
• •Prices are displayed in USD. For customers established in France or the European Union, conversion to EUR is performed by Stripe at checkout.
• •VAT not applicable, art. 293 B CGI: LAS GROUP operates under the French small-business VAT exemption (franchise en base) and therefore does not charge French VAT. This notice will be updated when LAS GROUP exits the franchise regime.
• •Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
• •You can cancel at any time; access continues until end of billing cycle
• •Failed payment: a 7-day grace period is granted. If unresolved, the account is automatically downgraded.

Pursuant to article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium when performance has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal. By subscribing to an Otiview plan and activating immediate access to the service, you expressly acknowledge (i) that performance of the contract begins as soon as you subscribe and (ii) that you expressly and definitively waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. This waiver is logged with timestamp, IP address and user agent at the time of subscription. No refund: given the waiver and immediate activation of the service, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account; your access remains until the end of the current billing period at no extra cost.

As a consumer residing in the European Union, you benefit from the following legal guarantees, independent of any commercial warranty:

• •Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): LAS GROUP undertakes to provide a service that conforms to the description and is free from material defects.
• •Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code): if the service has a hidden defect making it unfit for use, you may request rescission or a price reduction.
• •To exercise these guarantees, contact us at support@otiview.com with a precise description of the issue. We commit to responding within 30 days.

Pursuant to article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute with LAS GROUP that has not been resolved after a prior written complaint to our customer service (support@otiview.com), you may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The official designation of LAS GROUP's consumer mediator will be communicated shortly and published on this page. The official list of accredited mediators in France is available at: https://www.economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ Referral to a mediator is free and does not preclude legal action.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, after attempting an amicable resolution (written complaint + consumer mediation), the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for consumers residing in France and the European Union, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012. For business customers and consumers residing outside the European Union, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Tribunal de commerce de Bobigny, Seine-Saint-Denis, France.

Otiview is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• •Uninterrupted or error-free service
• •Availability of third-party platforms
• •Specific results in terms of reviews obtained

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the settings.

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
