How many businesses can I manage on Otiview?
The Starter plan covers 1 business, Professional covers 3, and Enterprise covers 5. Each business has its own integrations, clients, campaigns and AI analyses. Agencies can add more businesses as add-ons.
Is SMS included or an add-on?
Email campaigns are included in every plan. SMS is an add-on you can enable from your billing page. SMS delivers a 98% open rate vs 20% for email, which makes it the most effective channel for review collection.
Can I customize email and SMS templates?
