Otiview connects to Google Business Profile and Facebook Pages via OAuth (no scraping, no password sharing). You can also collect direct reviews through your own branded review page and QR code. More platforms (Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, Judge.me, Yotpo) are on the roadmap.
How many businesses can I manage on Otiview?
The Starter plan covers 1 business, Professional covers 3, and Enterprise covers 5. Each business has its own integrations, clients, campaigns and AI analyses. Agencies can add more businesses as add-ons.
Is SMS included or an add-on?
Email campaigns are included in every plan. SMS is an add-on you can enable from your billing page. SMS delivers a 98% open rate vs 20% for email, which makes it the most effective channel for review collection.
Can I customize email and SMS templates?
Yes. Every template is fully editable, with dynamic variables (customer first name, business name, review link, etc.) and 20 available languages. You can also use the pre-built industry templates for restaurants, hotels, e-commerce and general business.
How does smart filtering work?
When a customer clicks your review link, they land on a private page where they rate their experience first. Happy customers (4-5 stars) are invited to post on Google or Facebook. Unhappy customers (1-3 stars) are routed to a private feedback form so you can resolve the issue before it becomes a public negative review.
