Can I reply to reviews from Otiview?
Yes, for Google reviews. Otiview suggests an AI-written reply in the language of the review; you review it and publish it to Google in one click (never auto-published). This is separate from private feedback, which stays an internal channel to handle an unhappy customer without going through a public review.
