FAQ

How is the number of reviews calculated?+

We start from your current total points (rating times review count) and find how many 5-star reviews to add so the new average reaches your target. It is an estimate, rounded up to the next review.

Why can my target rating not go above 5?+

Google ratings are capped at 5 stars. A target above 5 is not reachable, no matter how many reviews you add.

How do I collect those 5-star reviews?+

Ask for a review at the right moment, after a good experience. Otiview sends those invitations automatically, by email and SMS, as soon as you add a customer.
